Our client who is a Global Technology Company is currently looking for an Incident Management Level 3 Server Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will manage and maintain IT environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability; implement and uphold security protocols across systems and applications; oversee software licensing, ensuring compliance with all licensing requirements; and configure and manage user access permissions and security rights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform industry-standard testing to identify and resolve system faults.
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to non-technical team members.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements, particularly in Industrial IT (Operational Technology).
  • Oversee and maintain various IT environments, ensuring stability and efficiency.
  • Manage and enforce security protocols across systems and applications.
  • Administer software licensing and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Configure and maintain security rights and access permissions for users.
  • Develop and provide comprehensive user documentation as needed.
  • Evaluate project activities to ensure adherence to established procedures and standards.
  • Take a leadership role in the design, deployment, and management of servers within your scope of responsibility.
  • Contribute to the development of technical strategies, policies, and procedures for Operational Technology (OT).

Minimum Requirements

  • +10 years’ experience as a Server Administrator
  • +5 years Azure experience
