We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize custom reports and dashboards that transform raw data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL, DAX, and data visualization, with experience in data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom Power BI reports and dashboards based on client requirements.
Transform raw data into actionable insights through effective data visualization techniques.
Establish data connections and extract information from various sources.
Implement best practices in data visualization to create intuitive dashboards with user-friendly navigation.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and privacy throughout the reporting process.
Document all dashboards, data models, and development processes comprehensively.
Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI usage and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
Diploma in IT or similar qualification.
Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analytics.
Certification in Power BI, Microsoft Data Analytics, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence solutions.
Strong proficiency in SQL and DAX for data manipulation and modeling.
Solid understanding of data analytics, visualization techniques, and storytelling.
Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Hands-on experience with Power BI Dataflows, Power Query, and Power Apps.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
