IT Project Manager – Contract Position February 2025 to December 2025

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of IT initiatives, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Create project timelines, allocate resources, and ensure milestones are met while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Role-specific knowledge:
- Proficiency in various project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall, with the ability to adapt methodologies based on project needs.
- A strong grasp of technical concepts relevant to the projects being managed.
- This may include knowledge of software development, engineering principles, IT infrastructure, or other specialized technical domains.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Formal qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in IT or similar.
Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification.
Safety Knowledge:
Provides a consistent outstanding role model concerning safety practices with a deep understanding of the importance of safety.
