What you will be doing:

  • Keep an eye on, check out, and help get rid of security threats.
  • Take care of service requests and stick to SLA standards.
  • Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Handle user accounts by creating, changing, and deleting them in all systems.
  • Help out IT Admins with escalated calls.
  • Provide support for Video Conferencing and biometric access control equipment.
  • Handle configuration, administration, and troubleshooting for O365 services, including Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint Online, OneDrive, and InTune.
  • Join meetings and keep accurate documentation as needed.

What our client is looking for:

  • MCP, A+, N+, or M365 Certified Administrator (or something similar).
  • 4 – 6 years of experience in desktop support or a Tier 1 IT Support Engineer role.
  • Experience with Microsoft AD and/or Entra ID
  • Ability to install, fix, and troubleshoot desktop operating systems, Office 365 apps, hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices), and network issues.
  • Ability to install, support, and troubleshoot voice applications
  • Experience with anti-virus and security issues.
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
  • You’re accurate and can stick to company policy
