Your primary objective will be to ensure the seamless and secure flow of information within and outside the organization, guaranteeing timely access and delivery of data.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Data Manager.
- Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.).
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word, etc.).
- An analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Management, or a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with data governance and data quality assurance.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Development: Create and enforce policies for effective data management to ensure the integrity and security of data.
- Data Collection: Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy, and legitimacy of data.
- System Implementation: Design and implement efficient and secure procedures for data handling and analysis, with attention to all technical aspects.
- Data Sharing: Establish rules and procedures for data sharing with upper management, external stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
- User Support: Support team members in the daily use of data systems and ensure adherence to legal and company standards.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (e.g., new technologies, upgrades).
- Security Assurance: Ensure digital databases and archives are protected from security breaches and data losses.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications.
