Your Mission:
As our Data Visualization Analyst, you’ll turn data into eye-catching, easy-to-digest visuals that help drive smarter business decisions. Working alongside data scientists, engineers, and business partners, you’ll craft dynamic dashboards, infographics, and visual analytics to spot trends, uncover insights, and tell compelling data stories. All under the watchful eye of our Chief Data Officer (CDO)!

· Bringing Data to Life – Use cutting-edge visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, etc.) to create dashboards that WOW!
· Collaborating with Geniuses – Work in an agile environment alongside data scientists, engineers, and business partners to develop next-level analytics solutions.
· Enhancing Decision-Making – Build reports that provide actionable insights and drive strategic moves across the business.
· Optimizing Operations – Ensure visualization apps are seamless, efficient, and user-friendly.
· Keeping It Compliant – Stay ahead of legislative, governance, and compliance requirements like a true data ninja.
· Constant Learning – Dive into AI & ML advancements and integrate cutting-edge analytics into your visualizations.
What You Bring to the Table:
· A relevant degree (Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Business Mathematics & Informatics, etc.).
· 5+ years of experience in data visualization & analytics.
· Mastery of visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or similar).
· Experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or similar? Bonus points!).
· ETL knowledge (SSIS, Informatica, etc. is a plus!).
· A keen analytical mind – you see patterns where others see chaos.
· Communication skills – you can translate data into compelling narratives.
· The ability to work both independently and within a kickass team.
