JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team
  • Ensure the team meets sprint goals and delivers high-quality products.
  • Monitor and track team performance using Agile metrics.
  • Remove impediments that hinder team progres
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Implement feedback from retrospectives to enhance team performance
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations.
  • Ensure alignment between the team and stakeholders on project goals
  • Ensure adherence to Agile practices and principles.
  • Customize Agile processes to fit the team’s needs.
  • Maintain and improve Agile tools and artifacts

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business,Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.
  • Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or PMI-ACPis an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a Scrum [URL Removed] experience in leading Scrum teams, preferably in insurance or financerelated fields.
