We are looking for a Senior Azure Data Engineer to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient cloud data solutions using Azure technologies. The role involves technical leadership, solution architecture, and hands-on data engineering to drive impactful projects across industries.
What you’ll do:
- Cloud Data Solutions – Design and implement Azure-based data architectures using Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and DevOps.
- ETL/ELT Development – Build and optimize data pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Project Leadership – Lead end-to-end large-scale, cross-industry data projects, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with technical and business teams, translating complex data concepts into strategic insights.
- Business Case Development – Assess, forecast, and present the financial and operational value of data-driven solutions.
- Mentorship Innovation – Share expertise, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices in cloud data engineering.
Your expertise:
- 12+ years in data engineering and cloud architecture, with 6+ years of Azure-specific experience.
- Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, SQL, Python, and Spark.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
- Proven success in delivering high-impact, large-scale data projects with business outcomes.
