In this critical role, the individuals in these positions will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing software applications.

- Apply advanced programming skills to create scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate new technologies and features.
- Implement security measures and ensure system scalability and performance.
- Conduct JAD sessions and facilitate user requirement gathering.
- Manage service providers and generate reports for stakeholders with the Innovation
and Technology Business Unit.

- A bachelor’s degree in software development/ computer science/ information
- Technology/ Information Systems/ Informatics / Financial Information Systems or
- equivalent.
- Minimum of Three (3) years of Systems Development in a Lead Developer position.
- Solid experience in JavaScript and the Node.js ecosystem.
- Extra credit for knowledge of ODOO.
- Knowledge of Web and Mobile Development; .NET Core Framework; ASP.NET, MVC,
- Web API and Core; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript; jQuery, Angular and React;ORM; Web Services (REST & SOAP), Workflow systems; SQL Server 2022; MySQL 8 and Database Design.
