We are looking for a Project Manager passionate about driving success through strategic planning, team collaboration, and flawless execution. With a focus on delivering results, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and exceed expectations.

Duties & Responsibilities

As the Project Manager you will oversee essential projects and be responsible for and drive the development, management and maintenance of projects.

Project Management:

  • Manage multi-disciplinary projects within project budget, time, scale and contractual quality deliverables.
  • Developing project plans in consultation with various stakeholders and departments.
  • Regular reporting on status of projects.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills combined with project management skills to ensure deliverables are met.
  • Supporting continuous improvement on projects management system.

Resource and Risk Management:

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into doable actions and important company timeframe.
  • Analyse risks and opportunities.
  • Implement and manage project changes and variations to achieve project outputs

Relationship Management:

  • Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, contacts and suppliers.
  • Work closely with the Program Managers and Technical team.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Production Departments.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve technical and quality problems

Competencies:

  • Must be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Managing development-type projects will be a strong advantage.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Sense of urgency.
  • Able to think conceptually.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Degree or recognised equivalent tertiary education in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Electronic/Industrial Engineering as well as recognised project management qualification (either PMP or PRINCE2 certified, or Project Management qualification)
