Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute all data science-related work for the Group
- Implement data strategy in line with best practice standards
- Collaborate with data management to enhance decision-making and healthcare outcomes
Minimum Requirements:
- B Hons in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science
- 3-5 years of relevant experience – Healthcare experience is essential
- Expertise in Clinical Coding (ICD-10, CPT) and Material Coding – NAPPI, ATC
- Strong understanding of Modelling Concepts (GLMs, Machine Learning)
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with large datasets for extraction, cleaning, analysis, and presentation.
- Collaborate with business leads to develop data science solutions for business challenges.
- Design and implement algorithms for solving complex problems using analytics and statistical approaches.
- Write efficient, reusable, and production-ready code.
- Develop, optimize, and assist in deploying predictive models.
- Contribute to the development of the Group’s advanced analytics strategy.
