We are seeking a CRM Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Snowflake to lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecture scalable, high-performance solutions using D365, Power Platform, Azure, and Snowflake while ensuring seamless integration with third-party systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Architecture & Integration
- Design and implement D365 solutions with a focus on extensibility, security, and scalability.
- Lead integration efforts between D365 and third-party applications using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, and Web Jobs.
- Define and implement data integration strategies with Snowflake for efficient data warehousing and analytics.
- Microsoft Power Platform & Custom Development
- Develop and customize solutions using PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Implement custom entities, workflows, plug-ins, and JavaScript in D365.
- Ensure security configurations align with enterprise best practices.
- Collaboration & Leadership
- Work effectively in an offshore/onshore vendor model while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices to development teams.
- Optimize performance, scalability, and usability of D365 solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architecture & Integration
- Strong expertise in D365 customization, plugin development, workflows, and JavaScript
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate)
- Azure cloud experience (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus)
- Strong knowledge of Snowflake for data integration and analytics
- Ability to collaborate with teams across offshore/onshore models
- Experience working in agile environments and using DevOps practices
