ENVIRONMENT:

They are looking for a passionate, experienced React Native developer to take them to the next level. Someone with the tenacity to quickly build MVPs, but also the competence to build reliable, production-ready apps that serve their many givers and partners.
DUTIES:
- Architect and build React Native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms
- Lead and deliver technical projects
- Work closely with designers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Write code that encourages reusability, flexibility and reliability
- Help design the APIs to support their apps
- Automate as much of the testing and deployment of apps as possible using CD/CI
- Help customer support and QA identify and fix bugs
- Help shape wider understanding of React across their other technical teams
- Help hire, manage and mentor any future app developers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong experience building React Native apps for iOS and Android
- Experience collaborating with product teams, designers, back-end engineers to build apps that users love
- Experience leading and delivering technical projects
- Experience consuming and ideally specifying RESTful APIs
- An understanding of the main differences between Android and iOS ecosystems
- An aptitude to learn new methodologies, tools and frameworks
- Can show examples of previous React Native apps for iOS and Android
- Experience collaborating with product teams, designers, back-end engineers to build apps that users love
- Experience leading and delivering technical projects
- Experience consuming and ideally specifying RESTful APIs
- An understanding of the main differences between Android and iOS ecosystems
- Experience speaking to users directly to fix bugs and understand their needs
- Have assisted designing user journeys
- Have built CI/CD pipelines
