• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.

• AD user creation, Deleting of user account on AD Assign License for O365 and other applications.

• Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue with Third-Party Companies.

• Assigned Groups and give permissions to shared drives.

• Assist with BitLocker encryption and Token reset.

• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).

• Deployment of Window through server and Setup of laptop, cell phone and desktop.

• Setup of mobile phones (Intune Company portal)

• Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.

• Troubleshoot network issues (Wi-Fi, Switching, ICE, IP conflicts etc.)

• Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for software solutions/vendors/brands.

• Printer support and setup.

• MS O365 Support and basic company software support.
