Kloof – Office Based – We’re looking for a sharp, solutions-focused Technical Support Practitioner to join a growing digital solutions company making waves in the software development and IT services space. This is an urgent hire—don’t wait!

You’ll be on-site, playing a key role in supporting both internal users and technical systems, ensuring smooth operations, and providing critical first-line and escalation support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user-facing software and hardware issues
  • Log, track, and investigate system errors using diagnostic tools
  • Monitor systems proactively and resolve emerging issues before they escalate
  • Escalate complex issues and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams
  • Configure and install systems and applications
  • Ensure timely closure of support tickets in line with SLAs
  • Create accurate documentation and assist with user training content
  • Follow up with users to confirm resolution and functionality

Requirements

  • Drivers License and Own Vehicle
  • IT Degree or Diploma (Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar)
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in a technical support/helpdesk role

Technical Requirements

  • A+, N+, MCSE, Linux, Cisco (or equivalent technical certifications).
  • ITIL Foundation Certification (advantageous)
  • Experience with Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments
  • Hands-on experience using remote desktop tools and help desk systems

Remuneration:

R15 000 – R20 000 CTC – Dependent on experience
(On-site role. Immediate availability preferred.)
