IT Operations (Mobile Network)
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Self-motivated & proactive
  • ITIL / IT Service Management process knowledge
  • Solid IT operations experience (Incident-, Change-, Problem-Management), ideally in enterprise environments
  • Project management skills
  • Provider steering experience (Mobile network operators, support provider)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and written) with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Solid understanding of mobile network technologies (4G, 5G, NB-IoT, SMS, SIM Subscription Management)
  • Good overall IT infrastructure technology understanding
  • Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in coordination and steering small teams
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Willingness to take over responsibility for topics
  • Capacity to interpret business needs and implement solutions
  • Ability to handle any situation and work under pressure
  • Control and actively work on improving MTTR for ITSM incidents
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work on time
  • Agile working methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems and processes
  • Knowledge in DevOps principles and steering of teams
  • Release management process and procedure knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE NEEDED:

  • Minimum of 5 years of IT operations experience
  • Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • ITIL Foundation certification (advantageous)
  • Project management certification (advantageous)
