We are looking for a Junior Technical Assistant (Conveyor Belting) to be a key player in ensuring top-notch quality and production standards!
Minimum Requirements:
- Ideally 1 – 2 yrs Conveyer belt exp.
- Rubber / Plastic / Chemical manufacturing exp.
- Diploma or Degree in Chemistry / Rubber / Polymer Technology or related.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct process audits and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Perform daily product inspections.
- Ensure technical specifications are followed during production.
- Identify incoming compounds.
- Compile and report test results.
- Communicate results to customers.
- Liaise with customers on product testing.
- Conduct necessary tests.
- Manage non-conformances.
- Investigate product failures (Root Cause Analysis).
- Enforce quality systems (ISO 9001).
- Maintain 100% housekeeping.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality policies (ISO 14001).
