This is a remote position.
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Network Engineers to join our team on-site (Monday to Friday, office hours). You’ll be instrumental in delivering Tier 2/3 support, supplementing our internal support team, and leading efforts across design, implementation, and troubleshooting of complex Cisco ACI-based networks. This is a hands-on role where deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level Tier 2/3 network support for local and wide-area networks.
- Supplement the internal support team by also handling Tier 1 calls when required.
- Participate in and contribute to major projects—network design, implementation, configuration, and security.
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance in complex Cisco ACI environments.
- Maintain, monitor, and manage network infrastructure via Cisco Prime and Cisco DNAC.
- Support and implement security technologies including CheckPoint, ASA, Firepower, ISE, and F5.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure network stability and scalability.
Required Skills & Experience
- CCNP Certified – preferably Data Centre with ACI or Routing & Switching.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in enterprise networking roles.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI.
- Proven experience with Cisco Prime and Cisco DNAC for network management.
- Solid knowledge in routing, switching, and network security (including Firewalls and VPNs).
- Experience with wireless network infrastructure (certification a bonus).
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Security certifications (e.g., CCNP Security, CCSA, etc.).
- Wireless certifications (Cisco or equivalent).
- Exposure to cloud network integration (AWS/Azure networking models).
- Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Python, Ansible) is a plus.
