- Experience:
- 10+ years in software development (full lifecycle).
- Strong people management and team leadership skills.

- Strong background in Java, Angular, React, and Spring Boot.
- Expertise in MySQL database design, ORM, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
- Experience with containerization (Kubernetes, Docker) and Azure DevOps.
- Proficient with IntelliJ, Git, and unit testing frameworks.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and software design patterns.
- Strong experience in system architecture design and scalable solutions.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, TDD, and Pair Programming.
- Security and compliance awareness (data protection, privacy regulations).
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly Azure.
