We are looking for proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for both new and existing customers, addressing a variety of support requests. Leveraging your strong product knowledge and excellent communication skills, you will deliver prompt, effective, and courteous service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Your primary responsibilities will include providing inbound software support, particularly across web-based platforms and current application modules within the TSAM environment. While the majority of interactions will be inbound, you will also make outbound calls for follow-ups and feedback purposes.

Your expertise:
- 2 – 3 years Call Centre experience in support role
- Strong Admin skills
- OEM or dealer experience
- Fluent in English
Qualifications required:
- GR 12 (Matric)
- IT Support and / or A+ certification preferable
