We are looking for a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with front-end development experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring your designs to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centred interfaces based on business goals, user feedback, and research insights.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across digital platforms.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive front-end code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
- Collaborate across disciplines throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Stay updated with the latest design tools, trends, and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX processes and visual design skills.
- Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Angular, Blazor, or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of user research methods.
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Background in Agile development environments.
- Comfortable working with remote teams.
