Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key intermediary between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear and testable requirements
  • Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
  • Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications, process flows, business rules, and user journeys
  • Maintain and evolve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with ongoing solution enhancements
  • Assist in prioritizing features for delivery, using a value-driven and iterative mindset.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including testing, change management, and post-implementation validation

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ proven experience in a Feature Analysis, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting role within Agile teams
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), including backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planning
  • Strong business process mapping and documentation skills (e.g., BPMN, user story mapping, use cases)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse capability teams and across stakeholder levels
  • Exposure to digital platforms or enterprise-scale system enhancements (advantageous)
  • Certifications: Industry-recognized business analysis and Agile qualifications such as CBAP / CCBA (IIBA), Business Analysis Diploma or certification (FTI or similar) and Agile Certifications (SAFe Agilist, etc.)
  • Industry: Financial services (insurance, banking, etc.)
  • Tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio, or other collaboration platforms
