Our client is an innovative cloud-based company that leverages its software to address the legal contracting, compliance, and legal practice challenges faced by listed companies and multinationals.
They are looking for a results-driven Software Tester to assist designing and running tests on software usability. The software tester along with the Senior QA will write test plans, conduct tests, analyse the results, and report observations to the development team. You should have a working knowledge of software and test design, the capability to run through tests, and the ability to analyse the results.
Ultimately, the software tester should be result-driven, have good communication skills, and up-to-date knowledge of software programming and software test design. You should understand and be able to document the various rules and conditions of the system design.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working in a software tester role
- Up-to-date knowledge of software test design and testing methodologies
- Working knowledge of test techniques and compatibility with various software programs
- Working knowledge of programming
- Understanding of application architecture
- Proficiency with one or more automated testing frameworks eg. Selenium / Cypress / Robot Framework etc.
- Experience with database design and database testing
- Experience with PL/SQL
- Experience with API testing
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Good organisational skills and detail-oriented mindset
- Must be reliable, responsible and self-motivated
- Good time-management skills
- Must be enthusiastic and very willing to learn
- Supportive team player
