Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite technical support for the company’s products and services.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues (remove, replace faulty equipment).
- Inspect sites before installations and ensure they meet technical requirements.
- Install systems/products as per client specifications and verify functionality.
- Conduct on-site client training post-installation.
- Perform technical maintenance and resolve faults on request.
- Report recurring technical issues to management.
- Work with multiple parties (vendors, banks, CITs) for support and issue resolution.
- Support cash management systems for outsourced clients.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Basic IT knowledge and certifications (A+ is an advantage).
- ITC and Criminal Record must be clear.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must own a roadworthy vehicle
- Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: R9,000/month
- Fuel Allowance: R4,000/month
- Vehicle Maintenance: R6,000 per quarter
- Insurance Support: R1,000/month
- Commission: R200 per service call after reaching a minimum of 80 calls/month
