ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong expertise in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
- Proficiency in managing and automating infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and their DevOps services
- Solid understanding of test management processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or Zephyr)
- Experience in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Strong knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk
- Expertise in version control systems like Git and branching strategies
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience with performance testing and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling)
- Familiarity with security best practices in DevOps, including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks
- Experience with serverless architectures and microservices
- Familiarity with database management and optimization (SQL and NoSQL)
- Exposure to Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of AI/ML integration in DevOps pipelines
- Experience with hybrid cloud and multi-cloud environments
- Understanding of network protocols and security configurations
- Certification in DevOps, cloud platforms, or test management tools
