One of South Africa’s leading national public health institutions is seeking a dynamic HRIS Analyst to manage, audit, and analyse HR data to support strategic decision-making across the organisation.

?? Key Focus Areas:
- Monitor and manage the HR Information System to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Audit and analyse HR data monthly for quality assurance
- Generate actionable insights through HR metrics
- Support executive HR reporting, audits, and compliance reports
- Maintain national position hierarchy and organisation structure
? Do you meet these criteria?
- Do you hold a National Diploma (NQF 6) or Degree?
- Have you spent at least 5 years in HR, with 2+ years in HR reporting?
- Are you experienced in systems like Oracle, SAP, or VIP?
- Do you thrive working with large datasets and dashboards?
- Are you confident generating reports for boards, executives, and HR projects?
