A leading organisation is seeking a Technical Test Analyst to ensure high-quality delivery of business and technology solutions. This role plays a critical part in validating functionality, performance, stability, and system integration across a range of platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end manual and automated testing across digital and legacy systems.

  • Collaborate in agile teams to define quality standards, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Build, execute, and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and automation scripts.

  • Validate data integrity and transformation in big data outputs.

  • Contribute to test coverage, identify trends, and support continuous improvement in QA practices.

  • Promote collective ownership of testing and ensure high code quality from the outset.

  • Present testing progress and deliverables to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in IT.

  • Testing certification (e.g., ISTQB/ISEB) preferred.

  • 5–7 years’ experience in software testing, with minimum 2 years in test automation.

  • At least 2 years’ experience in investment or financial services environments.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with business process automation.

  • Proven experience in agile environments and using a variety of testing tools and techniques.
