- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM), SAFe certification preferred.
- 3–6 (+) years of experience
- Experience working in scaled Agile environments
- Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe
