Seeking a Senior Systems Engineer with proven experience in Managed Services (MSP) environments.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an MSP environment (essential)
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Security & Compliance)
- Proficient in firewall administration (Fortinet, SonicWall, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
- Solid scripting and automation skills (PowerShell preferred)
- Familiarity with Datto RMM or similar remote monitoring tools
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities across Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, and security
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to document SOPs and technical changes clearly and professionally
- Reliable internet connection and quiet home office environment
- Comfortable working 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM SAST with overlap into U.S. business hours
