We are seeking an experienced and driven Agile Scrum Master / Team Lead to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects. RequirementsKey Requirements:

  • 5–8 years’ experience applying Agile methodologies.

  • Proven leadership of technical teams using Scrum.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Financial or accounting background (preferred).

  • Solid understanding of demand and forecast planning.

  • Certified Scrum Master; experience as a team lead.

  • Knowledge of Agile tools, facilitation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.

  • Growth mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
