Purpose of the Role:
We are looking for a commercially astute and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making and operational performance across the organisation. The ideal candidate is analytical, organised, and experienced in business performance tracking, stakeholder engagement, and translating data into actionable insight.
This role is perfect for someone with operations or management experience who wants to leverage their business understanding to shape strategy, streamline processes, and support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse key operational, financial, and sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Work with leadership to support business planning, forecasting, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports to track team and business performance
  • Assist with process mapping, gap analysis, and recommending improvements
  • Conduct root cause analysis on performance issues and present practical solutions
  • Translate complex data into concise reports, visuals, and strategic presentations
  • Collaborate with departments (Ops, Sales, Finance) to ensure data accuracy and alignment
  • Support budgeting, costing models, and resource planning
  • Work with external and internal systems (e.g. CRMs, BI tools, ERP) to extract and analyse data
  • Participate in strategic initiatives, audits, or change management projects as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in a Business Analyst or Operations Analyst role
  • Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards) and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
  • Able to work with raw data and translate it into business meaning
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Familiar with CRM systems, ERP tools, and reporting automation
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Desirable Competencies:

  • Experience in BPO, financial services, logistics, tech, or compliance-driven industries
  • Strong experience working with senior leadership, COOs or MDs
  • Familiar with SQL or other querying/reporting tools
  • Experience leading or supporting change management and process optimisation projects
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in BPO financial services logistics tech or compliance-driven industries
  • Strong experience working with senior leadership COOs or MDs
  • Familiar with SQL or other querying/reporting tools
  • Experience leading or supporting change management and process optimisation projects
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced growing environment
