We are seeking a skilled and innovative Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain a
comprehensive Recruitment Portal and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The ideal candidate will
have experience in building scalable web applications, integrating third-party APIs, and delivering
intuitive user experiences for both candidates and recruiters.
Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree
  • Knowledge of ATS workflows and recruitment lifecycleExperience developing HRTech or recruitment-related platforms
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular
  • Back-end expertise in Node.js, Python, PHP, or Java with frameworks like Express, Django, or Laravel
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and JWT for secure integrations
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, GDPR, and security best practices

Duties:

  • Design and develop a fully functional recruitment portal with candidate registration, job search, and application – Build an ATS with modules for job posting, candidate tracking, interview scheduling, and feedback management.
  • Implement secure user authentication and role-based access for recruiters, hiring managers, and applicants.
  • Integrate with third-party services such as job boards, email/SMS platforms, and calendar tools.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools for recruitment analytics and performance tracking.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and UI/UX teams to gather requirements and iterate on features.
  • Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control using Git.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
