We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to lead a strategic transition initiative. This role requires deep experience in managing complex IT infrastructure projects and enterprise system migrations, particularly in dynamic, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full lifecycle of an IT transition project, including infrastructure and service migration.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and continuity.
- Oversee technical components such as domain migrations, network configuration, and Microsoft 365 environment setup.
- Engage with internal teams and external partners to drive alignment and ensure timely execution.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Deliver clear and consistent updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated success as a Senior IT Project Manager, especially in transition or transformation projects.
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Networking infrastructure and principles
- Microsoft 365 (M365) and domain migration
- Enterprise IT integrations and organisational transitions
- Experience with Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum)
- Experience managing cross-border or multinational IT initiatives
- Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management best practices
