A transformation partner that helps businesses digitize their operations is seeking a driven and collaborative Intermediate Business Analyst to join their Managed Services team. You’ll play a key role in supporting their clients by enhancing existing software features, resolving issues, and ensuring continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate current system functionality based on support requests and perform gap analysis to determine if enhancements are needed.
- Write detailed use cases and test cases to support regression testing.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of minor enhancements and support fixes.
- Act as the first line of support for client queries, minor change requests, and user management.
- Prepare and maintain SLA reports and other client status documentation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Support user training and onboarding activities as needed.
- Escalate and manage client issues through to resolution.
- Promote a high standard of client service and identify areas for improvement.
- Occasional travel may be required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
- Experience supporting and enhancing existing software features.
- Experience producing clear documentation for both technical and business users.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and work across teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working in a support or help desk environment.
- Exposure to DevOps tools.
- Prior involvement in drafting Statements of Work (SoWs) or participating in scoping activities.
- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding software functionality.
- The ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and software platforms.
- Experience writing test cases and performing software testing.
- Skilled in problem-solving in a high-paced, multi-project environment.
- Experience in facilitating client discussions and managing expectations.
- Exposure to UI/UX concepts is a plus.
