We’re on the lookout for a creative, detail-driven UX | UI Designer to help shape intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences across our products. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Product Managers and Developers, turning complex requirements into designs that delight our users and drive business impact.
What You’ll Do
- Translate user needs and business goals into seamless web and mobile experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that ensure consistency and usability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs to life.
- Continuously refine experiences based on user feedback, analytics, and trends.
What You Bring
- 2-3+ years’ experience as a UX | UI Designer with a strong portfolio.
- Diploma or degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field
- Proficiency with UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
- Strong experience in user research & usability testing.
- Wireframing, prototyping, and journey mapping skills.
- Collaboration & communication in cross-functional teams.
- Responsive design for web and mobile platforms.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Motion design & micro-interactions.
- Agile/Scrum product development experience.
