- Analyse and design system functionalities, integrations, and upgrades for complex initiatives.
- Lead and facilitate system and functional design sessions, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Document functional/system requirements and create UML/Use Case models.
- Work with architects, product owners, QA, and vendors to design and deliver solutions.
- Support cross-functional teams in testing, risk identification, and issue resolution.

Specialisation in Payments & Forex
- Strong experience with cross-border payments (e.g., SWIFT, ISO20022 standards, MT message formats).
- Knowledge of local and international payment rails, RTGS (SAMOS), and payments modernisation.
- Exposure to Financial Surveillance (Finsurv) reporting, balance of payments, and exchange controls.
- Understanding of integration with central banks and payment infrastructure.
- Domain expertise in Forex and cross-border financial transactions.
