SAP ESS/MSS Basis Consultant
Job Overview
The consultant will provide technical and functional support and maintenance services for SAP R/3 ECC6 EHP7 and SAP S/4 HANA systems, focusing on Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) modules.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant, with at least 3 years focused on ESS/MSS modules.
- Proven experience with SAP R/3 ECC6 EHP7 and SAP S/4 HANA system administration.
- Hands-on experience in SAP NetWeaver Portal configuration and support for ESS/MSS.
- Experience in system migrations from ECC to S/4 HANA is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of SAP Basis administration, including system installation, configuration, and monitoring.
- Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver Portal, Web Dynpro, and Fiori for ESS/MSS applications.
- Expertise in database management (e.g., SAP HANA, Oracle, or SQL Server) and operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows).
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager for monitoring and change management.
- Knowledge of SAP security administration, including user roles and authorizations.
