Job purpose:
To provide IT support and systems support to various applications.
Job requirements
- NQF 6 qualification in respective field
- 2 – 3 years IT experience
- Detailed understanding of IT systems
- Experience with multiple businesssystems outside of ERP, such asmining or plant processing will bebeneficial
- Experience in databases and detaile dunderstanding of tables structures.
Job Responsibilities
- Intranet updates – contentmanagement and basic maintenance
- Sharepoint administration andmanagement.
- Data analytics support.
- Service desk support.
- Attend to systems queries.
- Assist with development of dashboardsin Power BI.
- Provide assistance to third party serviceproviders on IT services.
