What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft infrastructure solutions across both on-premises and Azure cloud environments. Your role will involve managing Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL Server, DNS, and DHCP services, while automating tasks through PowerShell. You’ll champion security and compliance protocols, working with tools like Tenable to identify vulnerabilities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll also support and mentor junior engineers, acting as a key advisor on infrastructure projects including migrations, upgrades, and deployments.

What you’ll need
You’ll bring at least 8 years’ experience in a senior Microsoft engineering role, with solid expertise across hybrid environments. A Bachelor’s degree in IT, business administration, or a related field is essential. You should be well-versed in Windows Server (2012+), Active Directory (including ADFS and Azure AD), Microsoft 365, and PowerShell scripting. Skills in cloud architecture (especially Azure), security tools, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) are key. Certifications like MCSE, MCSA, or Azure Solutions Architect will set you apart.
