Motswako Office Solutions has announced the successful acquisition of selected Enterprise, Global, and Commercial customer portfolios from Ricoh South Africa, in alignment with Ricoh South Africa’s strategic transition to a business partner-only distribution model.
Ricoh South Africa recently confirmed its initiative to focus exclusively on its Business Partner network in the Office Print segment. On completion of the transition, Ricoh South Africa will discontinue its direct sales and technical service operations in South Africa. By placing its valued customers in trusted local hands, Ricoh South Africa ensures business continuity while strengthening alignment with its strategy to drive innovation through local partnerships.
