Required Qualifications:
- BSc degree in Quantity Surveying or BSc in Construction Management (essential).
- Additional certifications in project management are advantageous.
Experience and Skills:
- 4-5 years experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Sound knowledge of South African building contracts (JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC).
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, programs, and specifications.
- Strong technical understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and compliance.
- Skilled in MS Project, Excel, and project documentation platforms.
- Excellent time management, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Comfortable working with modern construction technology, including AI-assisted tools, digital dashboards, and data-driven reporting platforms to enhance project planning and decision-making.
