Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for bridging business needs and technical solutions? We’re seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join a high-impact team driving performance, integration, and innovation across enterprise systems.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and process flows
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals
- Support system integration, testing (UAT), and post-deployment validation
- Perform SQL-based data validation and troubleshoot system issues
- Contribute to change management, training, and user adoption strategies
- Assist in WPF workflows, HTML edits, and API interpretation for business integration
OUR REQUIRED EXPERTISE
- Degree in Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
- Solid understanding of relational databases, ERDs, UML, and data modelling
- Experience with SQL scripting, stored procedures, and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger)
- Exposure to Agile/Waterfall methodologies and system implementation projects
- Bonus: Familiarity with WPF, Zendesk, or Splynx
YOUR REWARD
- Salary range: R600K – R800K CTC p.a.
