ENVIRONMENT:
A detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is sought to join the team of a fast-growing startup company in the Agriculture industry. You will be responsible for analysing large datasets, developing reports, and delivering insights to support data-driven decision-making for internal teams and clients. You will provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational processes and optimize Supply Chain efficiency while working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions. Applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field with strong skills in SQL, Excel & Power BI and have the ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
DUTIES:
- Extract, clean, and analyse large datasets from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI) to provide stakeholders with clear and concise information.
- Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization in operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and develop solutions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational processes and optimize Supply Chain efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across all reporting and analysis activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications –
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience/Skills –
- Experience in a BI Analyst or similar role is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain and processes is a bonus.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
