- Develop and maintain reference architecture for mobile money platforms and related financial systems.
- Collaborate with Commercial teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure alignment with technology, security, and operational policies.
- Design and propose new architectural solutions using approved design patterns.
- Operate within the SAFe Agile Framework, applying systems thinking to support continuous delivery and a DevOps culture.
- Contribute to Program Increment (PI) planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions.
- Develop and maintain the Architectural Runway, enabling the delivery of new features and capabilities.
- Promote Agile Architecture principles-adaptive design, collaboration, and continuous evolution.
