Job Title: Content & Information Management Specialist – Investor Services
Location: Rosebank, Johannesburg
Duration: 6 months
Job Purpose
To manage, develop, and deliver the procurement, organization, and distribution of information within Investor Services. The role involves creating and maintaining high-quality content, ensuring consistency with corporate standards, and supporting internal and client communication needs. The position requires strong editorial, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills, particularly within a financial or investor services environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Editorial & Content Management
- Write, edit, proofread, and review materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors.
- Verify facts, data, and references using standard sources.
- Ensure all materials adhere to established house style and branding guidelines.
- Maintain and update style guides, templates, and content checklists.
2. Publishing & Distribution
- Prepare, coordinate, and distribute Newsflashes and other communications for specified regions (e.g., ROA and SA).
- Manage publication schedules (annual, quarterly, monthly).
- Maintain distribution lists and ensure timely delivery of communications.
- Upload and maintain information on online platforms and content management systems.
3. Project Coordination & Questionnaire Management
- Coordinate internal teams across Investor Services, Transactional Products, CIB, and Group functions for questionnaire responses and client information requests.
- Review and finalize questionnaire submissions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with client requirements.
- Manage timelines and approvals to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Maintain a central content library and update it after each submission.
- Gather post-project feedback to drive continuous improvement.
4. Content Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement annual and project-specific content strategies and action plans.
- Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in tone and style, and optimized for various channels (online, email, video, print).
- Establish content calendars and track progress against key milestones.
- Define and uphold best practices in writing, formatting, and brand messaging.
- Measure content effectiveness and use data insights to guide improvements.
- Manage localization and translation where required to ensure consistency across regions.
5. Stakeholder & Client Engagement
- Anticipate and respond to client information needs in a timely and accurate manner.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand market developments and assess their impact on clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Information Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content management, corporate communications, or editorial roles.
- Experience within financial services, investor relations, or professional services is advantageous
Salary: R241,99 per hour
