Key Responsibilities:
Process

  • Attending and engaging in RPA project meetings and reviews by contributing domain-specific knowledge and experience.
  • Identify candidate business processes suited to Robotic Process Automation.
  • Design, model and document RPA Solution Specifications.
  • Ensure that business requirements are clearly identified, prioritised and satisfied by appropriate technical and or business process
  • solutions.
  • Provide process solution support to institutionalise RPA initiatives.
  • Analyse and make recommendations about improvements to specialist systems, procedures, policies and practices.
  • Reviewing and commenting upon business and functional requirement specifications for RPA projects and maintenance.
  • Draw on own technical or professional expertise, knowledge and experience to identify and recommend tactical solutions to
  • defined problems.
  • Influence and communicate across business areas impacted by practice area to minimise resistance and ensure on-boarding of
  • new thinking.
  • Take accountability for delivery of contracted work outputs within agreed parameters, quality standards and client service targets.
  • Proactively identify interconnected problems, determine its impact and develop best fit alternatives, developing best practice RPA
  • solutions.
  • Recommend changes to optimise processes, systems, practice areas and associated procedures and execute the implementation
  • of change and innovation.

Qualifications and Experience:
– Diploma in Business Analysis or relevant bachelor’s degree.
– 4 – 6 years’ experience in a business analysis or similar environment, of which
2 -3 years specialising in RPA solutions.
– Proficiency in process modelling tools.
– Proficient in writing functional specifications.
– Familiar with RPA platforms, in particular Microsoft Power Platform.
