RequirementsWhat you’ll do
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of advanced RPA solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Analyse complex business processes and identify opportunities for scalable automation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into robust automation solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior/intermediate RPA developers, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Maintain, monitor, and optimise RPA bots to ensure maximum reliability and performance.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with SARS governance, cybersecurity, and data privacy policies.
- Document solutions, develop training materials, and provide expert support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the RPA Centre of Excellence.
- Influence strategic automation decisions and propose innovations that improve efficiency, accuracy, and business outcomes.
Must-have experience & qualifications
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Systems, or related).
- 7+ years software development experience, including 5+ years in RPA development.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate.
- Deep expertise in Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, AI Builder, Power Virtual Agents.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dataverse, .NET Framework, VBScript, JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of process analysis, business analysis, and scalable automation design.
- Experience integrating AI/ML into automation solutions is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to lead projects and influence stakeholders.
