Integrity360 has acquired Johannesburg-based cyber security services company Redshift, bringing the group’s resources in South Africa to a team of over 230 employees serving the needs of customers across Africa.
Integrity360’s operations in Johannesburg and Cape Town also serve as key locations for its integrated global Security Operations Centre (SOC) operation which delivers a suite of managed services, including EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), XDR (Extended Detection and Response), and MDR (Managed Detection and Response) solutions for local and international customers.
Founded in 2015, Redshift offers cyber security testing together with a selection of specialised activities including cybercrime investigations, anti-fraud advisory, scammer group takedowns, cyber intelligence, and a focused range of managed services.
Redshift will add about 50 customers, including many leading South African finance, banking and telecommunications organisations, and an additional team of approximately 40 employees to the group.
Redshift will serve as a regional centre of excellence for the group for cyber security testing, and also be connected up with the existing Integrity360 cyber advisory and managed services teams operating in the region. Integrity360 will invest in the development and expansion of the business utilising the considerable resources across the group.
