Purpose:

The L1 and L2 Engineer will provide comprehensive operational support and maintenance in LAN, WAN, Security and UC environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Certification levels for DIRCO onsite support engineer as supporting documentation
  • Minimum 5 years post-certification experience
  • Own transport is required

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Incident Logging
  • System Backups – All system backups (UC, LAN, WAN and Security) will be the responsibility of the engineer

Experience in Supported Infrastructure (Ideal):

  • Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM)
  • Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express (UCCX)
  • Cube Gateways
  • Attendance Console
  • Phones and Headsets
  • LAN Switches (Core, Service, Access, and Optics)
  • WAN Routers
  • Access Points
  • ISE
  • DNA Centre
  • Telephony Management System (TMS)
