Purpose:
The L1 and L2 Engineer will provide comprehensive operational support and maintenance in LAN, WAN, Security and UC environment.
Key Requirements:
- Certification levels for DIRCO onsite support engineer as supporting documentation
- Minimum 5 years post-certification experience
- Own transport is required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Incident Logging
- System Backups – All system backups (UC, LAN, WAN and Security) will be the responsibility of the engineer
Experience in Supported Infrastructure (Ideal):
- Cisco Unified Communication Manager (CUCM)
- Cisco Unified Contact Centre Express (UCCX)
- Cube Gateways
- Attendance Console
- Phones and Headsets
- LAN Switches (Core, Service, Access, and Optics)
- WAN Routers
- Access Points
- ISE
- DNA Centre
- Telephony Management System (TMS)
