Provide 1st/2nd line IT support to clients (remote and on-site as required)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues across:

Network connectivity (LAN/WAN), Wi-Fi, routers/switches, basic firewall troubleshooting

Windows desktop/laptop hardware and software support

Printers and peripheral devices

Microsoft 365 / email and basic user support

Diagnose faults and complete repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance

Install, configure and support PCs/laptops, printers, Wi-Fi access points and related devices

Maintain accurate job notes/ticket updates, documenting fixes and recommendations

Communicate professionally with users, take ownership of issues, and escalate when needed

Experience & requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT Support / Network Support
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting across PCs, printers, Wi-Fi and networks
  • Solid knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, and core networking (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS; VLAN basics advantageous)
  • Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • A driver’s license and own vehicle are essential for this role.
